G3 builders was founded in 2017 by Jake Soukup, a long-tenured and well-respected leader in the life sciences construction industry. Jake truly believed in the visions of his clients and was inspired by the opportunity to contribute to their critical work while cultivating meaningful, lasting relationships.
While we lost Jake too soon in 2022, the G3 team continues to carry his legacy forward. His impact remains evident in our work through the values he instilled in G3. Committed to elevating both the performance and level of service provided by construction teams, Jake led with kindness, empathy, and enthusiasm; always putting people first.
